3. Photography and Images
From time to time, the Academy may photograph or film classes for use in promotional material, including the website, social media, and print materials. Where a student appears in an image, we will seek written consent before any image is published. Images are stored securely and used only for the purposes described.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, and any images featuring that person will be removed from future use within a reasonable timeframe. No photography or video recording by students, parents, or visitors is permitted during class without the prior approval of the instructor.

Your information is stored securely in our booking and email systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share it only:
with service providers who help us operate the Academy (for example, our booking platform), under appropriate confidentiality terms
